Like any team sport – to be a winner all of the players have to be in sync and have the same goal: SUCCESS. This was the case with Park Eleazer and Calvary Church when they included SDG Architecture Inc. for their team to design and build a new Calvary Girls softball complex worthy of a team that is #1 in the State of Florida and #7 in the entire United States. Calvary
This design build team including SDG worked together to create a first class Girls High School Softball Complex. The field is artificial turf and has a consistent bounce for both infield and outfield balls. The locker rooms include a storage area plus a first class press box and aluminum bleachers partially shaded with a roof.
Lighting for the fields was engineered and customized to light the fields and not the neighborhood. The lighting was adjusted after the initial installation to assure minimal light outside the field area.
The scoreboard exceeds the normal high school standards and was custom made to provide a green wall for the batters and scoring data for the team and fans.
SDG is proud to have been a part of this first class team and look forward to continued projects with both Calvary and Park Eleazer.
