Your designer and his team start your preliminary design.  From here we encourage feedback from the client to perfect the design and move it towards completion.  Once plans are near completion, we recommend getting pricing from your builder.  Once builder/owner is in agreement we seal the plans.

We have many designers here at SDG so you are in good hands.  We are happy to meet in person here in our office, at your location or virtually.  It is important to have an updated survey so the designer knows your lot restrictions.  Inspiration photos, and sketches are also welcomed.  This helps the designer understand your style and design needs.  

Step two - design consult

The first step is to contact our firm. Lerin would be happy to discuss your design needs. From here she will determine if we are a fit and prepare you for your initial design consult with one of our experienced designers.

You or your builder will pick up your completed architectural construction drawings.  From here you will submit to your municipality and receive your permit. We are happy to answer questions during the construction process to ensure successful completion.
