A Year of Growth and Recognition at SDG Architecture

2024 has been an exciting and eventful year here at SDG Architecture. With over 200 projects started this year alone, along with many that carried over from 2023, we are proud to have met the growing demand from our expanding community.

We are especially thrilled to share that it has been an award-winning year for us. Being recognized as the Best Custom Home Designers by the Florida Home Builders Association is an incredible honor, and we’re grateful for the recognition.

This year also marked a record-breaking milestone, with the most custom home designs completed in a single year. This accomplishment has provided us with invaluable experience and knowledge, positioning us to continue supporting the increasing demand as we head into 2025.

On the commercial side, we celebrated two significant milestones: the groundbreaking of the J Hotel and the completion of the Grant St. Inn in our hometown of Dunedin, FL. Designing the new Toucan’s restaurant in Mexico Beach was another highlight. It’s humbling to know how many people visit this iconic spot in the Panhandle, and being part of its redesign was incredibly exciting.

As we wrap up the year, we’re proud to have contributed to the design of the Highland House, located at the historic Dunedin Golf Course restaurant. It’s a perfect way to close out a year full of meaningful projects and collaborations.
